2017年11月毕业于北京航空航天大学，获材料物理与化学工学博士，主讲《大学化学》、《大学物理》、《电池原理与技术》等课程。以第一/通讯作者在J. Energy. Chem.、Appl. Surf Sci., J. Alloy Compd., J. Mater Res Technol、物理学报等发表SCI/EI论文17篇，其中SCI一区论文10篇、二区论文4篇、三区论文2篇、EI论文1篇，申报/授权发明专利十余项。主持中国博士后科学基金1项、山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项、教育部产学合作协同育人项目2项、枣庄市科技研发计划项目2项和枣庄市产学研联合基金1项，获2020年枣庄市第二十届自然科学优秀学术成果一等奖。作为主要完成人的教学成果获2022年山东省教学成果（职业教育类）二等奖和中国石油和化工教育教学优秀成果二等奖。入选枣庄市首批“科技副总”，另外，还兼职省科技特派员、“千名博士进企业”及枣庄市新能源产业学院理事会理事等职务。指导学生获第七届中国国际“互联网+”国家级银奖、第六届中国国际“互联网+”铜奖和第八届山东省“互联网+”银奖等省国家级奖励20余项。
